Ravnica block decks

From my rather limited Ravnica card set

12 Creatures:
Moroii
Circu, Dimir Lobotomist
Tibor and Lumia
Angel of Despair
20 Spells:
Lightning Helix
Electrolyze
Hit // Run
Condemn
Telling Time
4 Artifacts:
Orzhov Signet
Dimir Signet
Boros Signet
Azorius Signet
24 Land:
Azorius Chancery
Boros Garrison
Dimir Aqueduct
Izzet Boilerworks
Orzhov Basilica
Rakdos Carnarium
Island
Plains
Mountain
Swamp
15 Sideboard:
Blessing of the Nephilim(Can swap in for Condemns or Electrolyzes to push the aggressiveness)
Char(Increase the aggressiveness - it's the only Char I have)
Cackling Flames(More aggressiveness)
Supply // Demand(A possible swap in for the Condemns when they're not needed)
Stitch in Time(Honestly, my card pool is shallow)

Death from Above

Concept:

Mainly defined by the limits of my Ravnica pool, this is meant to be a combo aggressive/control deck that combines the combo and control elements in many of its cards. The burn can be direct damage or point removal. Tibor and Lumia convert any red spell into a mass ping, the Angels pop permanents out of play, and Circu locks off part of the opponent's deck. It would probably do much better with the better duals, of course.
