Death from Above
Concept:
Mainly defined by the limits of my Ravnica pool, this is meant to be a combo aggressive/control deck that combines the combo and control elements in many of its cards. The burn can be direct damage or point removal. Tibor and Lumia convert any red spell into a mass ping, the Angels pop permanents out of play, and Circu locks off part of the opponent's deck. It would probably do much better with the better duals, of course.
