homes i can't afford yet
i have quite the (unhelpful to myself) habit of looking for homes when i probably won't be able to afford them for another 10 years. :P
on one of my searches, i found a truly awesome site:
Trulia - Real Estate, Homes for Sale, Sold Properties, Real Estate Maps
they have really cool features that are built on google maps, so you are able to get quite the amalgum of information. you can scroll over the little tags to see the price, sq footage, address. a few clicks later, you can see how long it's been on the market, similar houses in the area. it breaks down averages and trends for you. it's quite the delightful tool.
